This past year, I hosted 4 challenges, served close to 300 women and it has it was truly a year of fulfillment working with so many women day in and day out to help them become masters of their minds, will and emotions. 

In this season, not only have the women who have been a part of my coaching experiences changed in a major way, so have I. I have gone from gritty, aggressive and intense to graceful and accepting of seasons. I've experienced a lot of success in business because of my grit but in this season in particular, the success has been completely internal.

My ability to surrender to God's plan and trust that I've done my best, has given Him permission to do the rest and "THE REST" has been far beyond my expectations in the areas of personal and professional growth and achievement.

The Final Challenge of 2022 was centered around self-love and the first one of 2023 will be all about MASTERING INTERNAL  SYSTEMS.

Intention is the game changer but most people are only intentional about creating the plan of action when in fact, the planning should start with the way that we think.
